Who we are

Japan Ready is a small, independent project based in Japan. You can reach us at pochimae.sns@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request a free check, we collect:

• your store URL
• your email address
• your answers on the form
• whether you asked to hear about the app launch
• your approximate country, based on your connection

Why we collect it

We use it to prepare and send the report you asked for. If you ticked the box, we also use your email to tell you when the Japan Ready app launches. We may write articles about selling to Japan using findings from many reports combined. We never name your store without your permission.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your information. We don't use cookies or advertising trackers. We only review public pages of your store, and we never access your Shopify admin or your customers' data.

Where it is stored

Our website and form data are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf and may store it outside your country. We count visits to this site on our own server, without cookies. For each visit we only keep the page, the day, the country, and the website that linked to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

Email pochimae.sns@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your information. To stop launch updates, reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
